Today was the first off day, no riding .... ah, not much riding. My plan was get the blog caught-up and a little bike maintenance. I had the left pedal start making noise, it needed to be taken apart, cleaned, lubed and put back together. I went to the local bike shop and they did not have the tools to take the pedals apart so I ended up buying a new set and I mailed the old set home. I'll repair them when I get home.
I have received a few emails about the rate of my keeping the blog up to date. I'm having lots of problems with Squarespace if the internet connection is not almost perfect. It took me 4 different tries to publish the page for Sunday the 19th. I would write some, add pictures, save, write save go back and check to see if all is ok and pictures are missing, or whole sections missing...... lots of issues. If I hadn't kept giving out the blog address to lots of people along the ride, I probably would stop and write something when I get back to Tucson.
So please be patient new stuff is coming.
