Today's ride was from Hamel, IL to Raymond, IL
The ride today started out with about 7 miles of bike path. Once I was on surface roads the traffic was light. I spent some time in Mt. Olive, IL wandering around at a car dealership that only deals with old cars.

The food was good. Inside the diner. By the time I finished lunch there was a line of people waiting to get in.

I met Tony on the road today. He was heading to San Diego California from Chicago, IL
It is great when you meet other touring cyclists on the road. We compare route notes, road condition, places to stay and most importantly good places to eat!
You lost your "stache?" I like it!
