Wednesday 5 August

Today's ride is from Manchester to Stillwater Cove State Park. About a mile down the road from the campground there were a few trees someone has trimmed up as HUGH hedges.

The route made its way back to the coast.

Back in the late 70's California closed the coast for taking abalone.  Then it was opened for only snorkeling.  I talked to a few divers and apparently the abs are making a comeback. This guy has his tube out getting abs

Some orange flowers

This hole goes all the way through

Some seals on the rocks

Met this guy on the road today. He said he had been on the road for two years. He is pulling a trailer and one the trailer there is a large carrier and in the carier was a cat.

Looks like someone is using this for a workshop.

The number of cyclists in the campsites is getting larger each night we are getting closer to San Francisco. We filled up the hiker/biker site and two others.
